Cards Fans In Chicago

I've lived in the Chicago area since my parents moved here when I was 7 years old. Despite the Cubs being on daytime television (after school) all my life I've never bled Cubbie Blue. Dad has always been a huge St. Louis Cardinals fan and raised me and my brother to be the same.

The last couple of years has been a good run for the Redbirds even though they haven't won the series. I think we're in some trouble with the Mets right now. We're tied 2-2 in the NLCS and our middle relief pitchers looked like they came back down to Earth last night after several games of lights out pitching.

If any other St. Louis fans in Chicago come across this blog let me tell you that you are not alone in Chicago. You can almost always see the game at Sedgwick's Bar and Grill (Sedgwick and Armitage). During the playoffs the bar is almost wall-to-wall red. Come down and join us.
