War Tsar

Bush appoints a war tsar. Don't we have several other people that already hold this job?

Sec. of Defense Gates?
National Security Advisor Hadley?
Adm. William J. Fallon, U.S. Central Command commander?

Or as Sully says, Bush just appointed someone else to be president.
