Extending the Smoking Ban

Even as a (mostly) non-smoker I have some sympathies for those that think gov't is going too far and is on track to make any smoking illegal. And I have a lot of cigars to get down if they do. But I still support this idea: no smoking at beaches and play lots. I don't give a damn for the little tots choking on their parents' second hand smoke. The litter and the poisoning of the environment is was pisses me off. I get damn near irate when I see people flicking their butts on to streets, sidewalks, parks, etc. The world is not their fucking ashtray. And almost every smoker I know is that way. Only one that I know actually carries a small bag of sand to put his butts out in. 52% of the litter collected at the beaches is smoking related.
