Bush Giving The Finger

It comes as no surprise to me but there is more and more evidence that Bush is going to try to ram through as much of his controversial agenda as he can before the Democrats take over the House and the Senate.

• He has renominated John Bolten as UN Ambassador.
  
• He has asked Congress to "legalize" his warrentless wire-tap program
  
• He has renominated four judges previously turned down by the Senate. Some of these judges make Republicans uncomfortable. One was labeled as unqualified by the American Bar Association.
  

Fortunately it looks like none of these ideas are going very far.
