A Good Decision

The Illinois Supreme Court has rejected and appeal by Lisa Madigan petitioning the court to remove Blagojevich from office. I want Blago gone as much as anyone but I don't think a judicial ruling is the correct way to handle it. The Illinois Constitution provides the mechanism to remove a criminal governor. It is through impeachment.
