Good News Day, Part I
After a couple weeks of tragic news, from the death of a single baseball player to the slayings of young college students, I thought it would be time for some good news.
So let's start with this. Deaths from AIDS in San Francisco is down from its peak around 1600 a year in the early 90's to just 200 last year. People are surviving and LIVING with the disease now thanks to advanced drug treatments and better life style choices.
