Who R U?

I'm showered and shaved. My teeth are brushed and my nails are trimmed. I've got my arm goop and liquid stink on. The suit is at the front of the closet next to the shirt and my tie is laying on the bed. The wedding is in 2 hours.

I've just realized something. I don't know who my friend is marrying!

Oh, I know her first name (Jill) and I've met her probably 6 to 10 times but this is very different. One of my close friends is getting married and for the first time ever I don't feel like the spouse to be is a friend of mine as well.

I'm sure this is more typical than not but as I said it is new to me. And then I start to think, "How well do I know Laith anymore?" I don't think our friendship has diminished any but we just haven't seen each other much over the last 3 years.

Got to get dressed. Maybe I'll have more observations later.
