Talk To Your Leaders

If you haven't heard, Gov. Gonad set up a video booth in the Thompson Center so transit riders could record messages for legislators. Gov. Gonad promised to have his staff deliver the edited videos to the House and Senate today.

NPR was interviewing one guy that recorded a message and asked him what he thought should be done. He supported a Chicago casino to fund the CTA. We have the wealth he said. (Never mind that the casino and money won't magically appear in the next 10 days). Barring the casino, he suggested Illinois "sell the White Sox" to fund the CTA.
