Today's Bike Ride

Despite Tommy Skilling's threats of rain this afternoon I decided that I couldn't not ride the bike to work today of all days. It was a little harrowing today. I came off the North Ave. bridge and made the sharp right on to the path. The mp3 headphone (yeah, I know that's bad) came loose and I reach to fix it. I saw the player had pulled out of my bag and was dangling beside me.

When I got to the bike garage I discovered I had left my lock at home. D'OH! Fortunately the garage rents them. $5.40 a day is a little steep but better than having to replace a bike that costs 100x that.
