It's the Economy Stupid

Walking to the El today I took note of a For Rent sign up the block from me. In what exteriorly looks to be a very nice condo building there is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit for rent with an enclosed garage. The asking price is $2,700 OBO! This is literally 1 block from Wrigley Field. That's ridiculously cheap.
