In The Oven

3.3 lb pot roast, garlic infused
4 med/lrg potatoes large cubes
6 carrots cut
1 med onion wedged

All in a dutch oven w/ 2 cups water. Should be ready in time to watch Fav-v-ver-ra's last game.

The fud has been consumed. I was just bit late pulling it out. The middle was a nice pink medium but a lot of the edges was over cooked. Part of the problem was the roast was not of even thickness.

It was tasty though. Probably adding a bay leaf or two would have been the only thing missing.

Potatoes and carrots were as expected and good.
