OK, that's just what a fiend of mine who works near the dump says.

I drive past the Hillside Dump about once a week going to volleyball and I have to agree, it stinks. It stinks badly. On a couple occassions I've actually gotten sick to my stomach when passing by at highway speeds. Hopefully, this intervention will speed up the correction of the problem.
