new condos are due for delivery in downtown Chicago between now and 2010. Seems like I should be able to buy a nice place with a view of Millenium Park for about $50 /sq ft. Seriously though, I wish I had bought a deeded parking space or two down here a couple years ago. If I had I think I could turn it for a tidy little profit. Now I have to keep the money a more liquid for when I do buy a condo next year (not downtown).
