The Stupidity That Is Joe Morgan

In tonight's ESPN baseball game Joe Morgan was talking about the struggles of the the Detroit Tigers, now 0-6 after being swept by the Chicago White Sox and the lowly KC Royals. He says that it will do Detroit some good to get on the road where there is less pressure than at home.

Never mind that in every sport road games are harder to win than home games.

Never mind that Detroit heads to Boston to face the defending World Series champs.

Never mind that after Boston, Detroit has to come to Chicago to face a team that has had their number for the last couple years and just swept them.

Nope, Joe Morgan says that it will do Detroit some good to get on the road.

Of course, to Joe's credit, the Boston Red Sox are struggling as well this season. Their 3-4 start has them at the bottom the AL East. So what's Joe's perscription to get Boston back on track?
