Nissan RSVP's "No"
Nissan says it will skip the 2009 Chicago International Auto Show.
That's sad. Although currently a BMW guy I've driven a bunch of Nissans over time: 1984 Stanza, 1983 200SX, 2000 Maxima, and 2003 Maxima. Last year they were there with what I thought of as the car of the year, the Nissan GT-R.

Chrysler and GM are also cutting back on floor space. I wonder if Chrysler is eliminating the driving course? If enough companies scale back they might be able to consolidate into just one showroom.
