The Saturday after Christmas I bought myself a gift, a 10-piece set of stainless steel Calphalon cookware. That's some of them on the stove. The stuff is awesome. One thing that blows my mind though is that those steel handles don't get very hot. I've boiled potatoes in the pots and you can pretty much pick them up with your bare hands.
