Random Baseball
Maybe I'll bring Random Baseball back as a regular thing this year. But for now I'll give you just a couple of items.
- Jamie Moyer officially became the oldest pitcher to record a win in an MLB game this week. His catcher in that game was born in 1989, 3 years after Moyer debuted with the Cubs. Since then he has faced 8.9% of all the men to have ever played major league baseball. (Moyers Rookie baseball card)
- Former Cardinals outfielder
Roy HobbsRick Ankiel threw a strike. From center field.
