Scully: Helmets For Base Coaches

Apparently, he's been harping on it for a few decades now.

Everyone is rightly focused on Mike Coolbaugh who died on Sunday. Memorial services and moments of silences have been scheduled and all due respect will be paid. As it should be.

But I also thought about the batter, Tino Sanchez. How would it feel to know that, by freak accident, you killed another man while playing a game? I can't imagine. If you aren't some kind of sociopath the depression is going to be horrible. As bad as people are feeling for Mike Coolbaugh, they should not forget Tino Sanchez either.
