Beware: That Time Of Year
As the summer begins to heat up in Chicago a strange phenomenon occurs. Many people, often younger adults in foul moods, begin to stalk the streets carrying caustic blue liquids and sharp razor blades. These armed people are driven to the streets, alleys, and darkened parking lots by our ever present local government. What, pray tell, drives these poor souls into the streets?

When I was a kid it was my job to scrape the old sticker of the cars and put on the old ones. Back then the stickers expired at the end of December, which is why it was my job.
I guess they moved the expiration to June in the '80s.
