System Slow

I'm posting a lot from work the last couple of days because the mainframe computer at work is SLOOOOOOW. Yesterday there was a meeting going over the issues. There was an dispute over what should be done. One person wanted changes made to the database but the database admins said doing so would cause all kinds of problems. Then it comes out in the meeting that the mainframe subsystem that is running so slowly has 1 GIG RAM. One of the DBAs in the meeting said, "I've got more RAM in my pocket."
