Buck Rogers




The U.S. military has shown off its latest weapon. A ray gun! Depend on wheter you read the BBC or Tribune the temperature that the skin is raised to varies a little. But either way you are looking at 122 to 130 degrees Farenheit. That should be nonlethal in most cases. I don't know that it will be harmless though. A severe "sun burn" sounds like a strong possiblity. Possible damage to the eyes if the heat dries them out too much.

But its still a good idea if it will disperse hostile crowds. It is better than firing bullets into the crowd. And probably safer than tear gas that can also be blown back onto our troops.
