Please have someone update the [schedule] document by indicating [payment programs are]predecessors to [this interface program].

So Team Lead 1 (TL1) new at 8:30 this morning that a change in the schedule needed to be made. The change involved redrawing two lines. The programs are not the responsibility of his team so he sent and email to TL2 asking to have one of his guys do it. Four hours later TL2 gets around to forwarding the email to me. Now this isn't a pressing matter in the least but by the time all the effort went in to typing two emails and deciding who to forward it to it long ago could have been done. TL1 or TL2 could have drawn the lines in the same 90 seconds it took me to.
